The 12+ transition program at Locklin Technical College is designed for Exceptional Student Education students, ages 18-22, who have completed graduation requirements, are deferring their diploma, and have the appropriate skills to participate in Career and Technical Education courses.

Students enrolled in the 12+ program receive accommodations and/or modifications as needed.
